Kyle Norris, SRA

Certified Residential Appraiser

Kyle is a Certified Residential Appraiser and also holds the SRA designation of the Appraisal Institute. Kyle has 17+ years of experience in appraising residential real property. Kyle is native to East Texas and graduated from Longview High School in 2001. Kyle then earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Arizona State University. Kyle regularly speaks at lending seminars and has served as the appraiser committee chairman for the Longview Area Association of Realtors.

Melissa Day

Certified Residential Appraiser

Melissa Day is a Certified Residential appraiser with 15+ years of experience. Melissa specializes in single-family residential, rural properties, and luxury lake houses. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, and shopping.

Ryan Ellis

Licensed Residential Appraiser

Ryan Ellis is a Licensed Residential appraiser and has been with Professional Appraisers of Texas, Inc since 2020. Ryan is married to his long-time sweetheart Kaitlyn. Ryan and Katie are the proud parents of two young sons with a daughter on the way! In his free time, Ryan enjoys time with his family, hunting, and fishing.

Gerald (Trey) Cubine

LICENSED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

Trey has been with Professional Appraisers of Texas, Inc since July 2015. Trey is currently a Licensed Residential Appraiser and is working towards Certified Residential. In his free time, Trey enjoys photography, camping and backpacking.

Ricky howard

CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

Ricky Howard is a Certified Residential appraiser with 5 years’ experience in the appraisal industry and a vast background in construction. Along with appraising, he also holds an all lines state license for insurance adjusting that has brought him a lot of knowledge in the appraising industry. Ricky specializes in single family residential, multi-family residential, rural properties, and luxury/resort/condo beach front properties. Ricky is a former Division 1 football athlete for Iowa State University (LETS GO STATE!) In his free time, Ricky enjoys spending time with his wife and children, working with his church, and doing all things sports and fitness related.

Travis Howell

LICENSED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

Travis Howell is a Licensed Residential appraiser and is working towards the Certified Residential credential. Travis and his wife have a total of six children and reside in the Panola county area. The Howells moved from Utah to East Texas in 2020 to enjoy Texas and the country living our great state offers. In his free time (which is rare when you have six kiddos!), Travis enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, fishing, and serving in the church.

David Reynolds

LICENSED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

David is the newest member on our team and is currently in training for his appraisal license. David is from Lufkin, TX and moved to the Longview area in 2002. David enjoys painting, playing guitar, and coaching his son in baseball.

Christoper Rowdy Bond

LICENSED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

Christoper Rowdy Bond is a Licensed Appraiser originally from Hughes Springs, TX. Rowdy has one daughter and enjoys spending his free time with her. He also enjoys exercise, working out, and he has a special interest in American history.

Maryanne McKenzie

Office Manager

Maryanne leads the daily functions of the office at Professional Appraisers of Texas, Inc while the rest of the staff is either in the field inspecting properties or researching and writing appraisal reports. Maryanne is native to the Sabine/Liberty City area and enjoys spending time with her two kids, whether it’s going to her daughter’s basketball games or her son’s football games.

Roxanne Ysit

Roxanne joined Professional Appraisers of Texas, Inc. in 2022 and is an administrative assistant who specializes in data entry and file preparation. Roxanne has a background in real estate and property management. Roxanne and her husband have three kids. In her free time, Roxanne enjoys reading and taking beach vacations with her family.
